Arrived, the Archibald Clan

David and Whitney Archibald, (David is my 1st cousin. Our mom's are sisters) are here in Scottsdale while David is doing his surgical residency at the Mayo, (Darn! I didn't get David on Camera either). How wonderful they got to come to AZ while our weather is at it's all time best. Allison, David's little sister came to visit and is shy of being married a year, and a complete doll. Whitney and David are expecting their third child, (fantastic). Jonas is Whitney's oldest that is three and is the cutest, brightest big brother to Myles. Myles is 18 months, so calm and sweet. We had to keep are eyes on Cash at all times while he played with little Myles.(Oh Cash you keep every one on their toes)

I always enjoy seeing the Archibald's. I told them we all need to move away together and settle somewhere else (That's a whole other post). I didn't get my Aunt Marjean and Uncle Roger on camera. Next time you guys. Heather, we all wish you were here.

Meeting Shalee

Shalee, your one nice lady to meet all of us without Roman there. Thanks for enduring a nice kind hit from Cash and all the craziness that we had to offer you.

Yummy 4TH with the Madsen Clan

Candice, your back yard and house was such a fabulous place to be on the 4Th of July. You are a saint to put up with all of us, and that is not an easy task by all means.

Gracies Blessing Day

Fourth in Lehi, Utah

Aliesha and Clark, amazing seats you guys have to watch Thanksgiving Fireworks. I absolutely had a blast sitting in your front yard and not dealing with the crowds. I didn't have to worry about Cash, the boys were in hevan being with your girls, and Clarks family is great. Thank's again!

Bonding with Friends

Gorgeous Utah!

Nicail and Seth, were not at all envious of your parents gorgeous home you get to come and stay at. Nicail, your parents are so kind to let us come crash for the day. We miss you guys, and hate that we live so far away from one another. Hopefully one day we will all meet back up in Utah. Seth thanks for the huge supply of firecrackers. That's all Noah and Lincoln need. Don't worry they are always such safe kids.

Loving dolls and the Kitchen Set, hmmmmm

We love you Grandma Carter

This Lady is my everything. She was there from morning till night with me when Noah and Lincoln were born. She recently lost her Husband Deloy Carter, and I wish we lived closer to be with her. I made all of us take a picture with her, you never know when her last day will be. Life comes and goes way to quick. I hope I can serve as much as she served me through out my life.

My Little Stud Angels

I love you guys more than you will ever know, that is until you have children of your own someday. Being eight is such a wonderful age. You both have had a roller coaster of a year, we are all amazed with you, but know you are here for a purpose. You are some tough kids that can pretty much endure anything, and the lord knows that. Your dad and I are honored to be your parents and are so excited to watch you grow and see what "safe" and "spiritual" adventures are ahead. Keep those heads held high Noah and Lincoln.

Love,
Your Mama

The Boys Baptism Day over the Fourth

Delightful Refreshments

My sweet sister, Rachel made darling cookies and put L&N labels on water bottles for the little brunch. My sister-in-law Aliesha helped me out with an assortment of vases. I had so much help from everyone, I could go on for ever. Ned, thanks a million for being you. Patrick, thanks for picking up the boys cakes, sorry it took an hour of driving. My mother-in-law for picking up all the food. My mom for being there to do last minute details, and everyone else for make a huge effort to make the day special for the boys and all of us.

The love of Family

We had the twins baptized in Utah, considering all family was up there. It was indeed a very special day for Noah and Lincoln. Their baptism was wonderful. Patrick and everyone involved said such beautiful words that day. I know Lincoln and Noah will always remember this day. I love you family, and thought the world that we all got to be together. It's been to many years that I have not seen so many of you. Love ya!

Sugar House Park

I tried not to waste any time inside, we lived outside. Utah had amazing weather the whole time. The best was watching Cash and Myles have so much fun with one another. Cousins are priceless.

Some of my Favorite Photos of Grandpa

Happy 91st Birthday Grandpa! from all your grand kids. Don't know exactly how many grand kids, so any cousins out there that want to take on the challenge of that number, let me know. You have to be exact. And if you have a moment, leave a favorite memory of grandpa, anything.

I have absolutely loved that when ever grandpa shows up to a special occasion, you can bet he'll be wearing his striped shirt.
My boys call him the jelly bean grandpa. One afternoon we went to visit, he let them indulge in the candy bowl.
I think some of the grand kids would agree with me on this, he loves Nita, and if there was ever a time we didn't call her"Grandma", he'd let us know that she needed to be called grandma.
His love for the church is unconditional, and he has showed us that with his number of missions he's served.
I think I can honestly say that I've never heard the man talk bad about a single soul.
Always wanting to teach.
Always wanting to help others.
I could go on forever. I get sad thinking that his time here gets shorter and shorter. But it's comforting to know he's ready. We love you Mr. Ellsworth Ray

My mid-afternoon Cash session.

I was loving my Cash man at this moment. Better capture the moment, because it could turn at any second. Cash, when you get older and ever come across these post, I want you to know that our love/hate relationship has been the best blessing that happened to me. I always say,"The hardest things in life, are the things that make you grow, and if life's not hard you are not growing" I Love you little, adorable monster. And thanks for being in bed so that I was able to write some of my thoughts for this day. Patrick, if you reading this while your away, look how sweet he is trying to be.

Cute

Thanks Lincoln and Noah for your yummy pudding. Maybe if the Madsen's are good they can have some the next time you make it. I mean they are letting us live here and use their fridge....Nothing better than having my little cooks,(Link and Noah) protecting their goods from the Madsen clan.

Bonding with Utah cousins

Twins Gilbert Musical Theatre

We don't know if Noah and Lincoln will be heading to Broadway, but we all had an absolute blast watching them perform and all the other darling family and friends. It was so fun to see my boys be part of a theatre group that I did over 15 years ago. They still have the same fantastic laddies teaching it.

Enjoying one another, one step at a time...

Shaley, were pretty darn excited to meet you. I had to put these photos up so family all over could get a little glimpse into Romans love life. (That's what big sisters are for Rom) If you don't have a Face book account, you would never know what was going on with Roman, so that's where I stepped in and intercepted these photos or stold them I guess. I knew Rach would appreciate them. He's not engaged, just having a fabulous time. It's hard that Roman is away in North Carolina selling security systems until August, and Shaley is back in Provo working and going to school. We have yet to meet this lovely lady, but have close friends that know her and her family very well, and have such wonderful things to say. July we will all be in Provo except for Roman, to meet up with Shaley. Poor girl having to meet five crazy sisters. I promise Shaley, we may not be very normal, (OK, maybe just me) but were pretty fun. I have been so bored with blogging so this was an excuse to put something up that is new and refreshing.

Can't Leave Mothers Day Behind

I'm absolutely loving the fact that my twins are such an enormous help with Cash. That completes my Mothers Day every day. Noah and Lincoln I heart you more than you will ever know

I got a tennis racket from Patrick. Do I play? No, but so excited to learn. Also, an adorable homemade ring from the boys.

Happy Mothers Day to a mother that makes EVERYTHING in the family work

Mom, even when your in a dress it's never stopped you from jumping into a project to help someone out. Thank you for being an example of the way a mother should be.

Noah and Lincoln will be eight on the 11Th of May, such a milestone. Were all AMAZED, BLESSED and every other emotion you could feel that they have made it alive up until now, (little rascals...) They were so excited to find out that they could start scouts just a tad early. We got there scout shirts, badges, books, and a hundred bucks latter their an official scout, (expensive!). Now I just need a quick course on sewing.

Enjoying Arizona's Last Few Porch Nights

It's a sad day on Hall street when the weather no longer allows us to step out front because you might burn to death... My blog certainly shows how much we love being outside on our porch. I almost feel like it's peculiar to people as they drive by and see not only children but adults hanging out in the front yard. My best memory's of my home will always be the times spent with family and friends outside.

Lets be twins Noah...

(I love that I caught this)... I heard Lincoln telling Noah tonight that they should really be twins So they put the same clothes on and were trying to both do Mohawk's... Noah looked like he did a pretty good job at styling the hawk.. Lincoln might need a little 101 help from his mom.

Faces can tell so much

Thanks Cash

Today was a milestone. Every morning when Rissa comes downstairs to leave for school, Cash for some odd crazy reason belts out the most annoying scream towards her,(Really sweet I know). Well for today, that did not happen, he actually smiled and waved bye. Rissa and I were in complete awe. We are taking any baby steps of kindness Cash throws are way. Thanks Cash for the effort. That's all we ask for.

Lately.........

If I EVER step foot in an ICU again, they will be checking me in also... We are DONE!!!! knock on wood, PLEASE!!!!!! I am doing great and feeling nothing but spared again.
It would be nice for Cash to live in the mountains with animals on some days
Cash being Cash... Enough said
Noah feels extremely better with each passing day. Hopefully with time he will be moving his neck and back pain free.. His lunges and ribs are healing gracefully, and that's all we could ask for.
Lincoln loves to be social...(what are we doing next mom?)I rarely can get Lincoln to stop and eat.

Patrick is in Mid life crisis mode. Yes in his 30s.. Shave your head, What ever works for those nerves. Oh, I forgot to mention how much loves MEDICAL BILLS!!!!

Can't Thank Enough, Family/Nurses

We all adore and feel so grateful for fabulous nurses. I am sure everyone can testify to that. Because we had experienced such great nurses at Phoenix children's, for Lincolns accident, I was hopeful for the same experience at Radys ICU in San Diego. Noah lucked out and indeed had some special nurses. It makes a stay in a hospital so much more comforting and bearable...

Roman, and Waite family it was so refreshing to see family during the stay. You know it made Noah so happy. Big kisses to all of you.
