Lets be twins Noah...

(I love that I caught this)... I heard Lincoln telling Noah tonight that they should really be twins So they put the same clothes on and were trying to both do Mohawk's... Noah looked like he did a pretty good job at styling the hawk.. Lincoln might need a little 101 help from his mom.

Faces can tell so much

Thanks Cash

Today was a milestone. Every morning when Rissa comes downstairs to leave for school, Cash for some odd crazy reason belts out the most annoying scream towards her,(Really sweet I know). Well for today, that did not happen, he actually smiled and waved bye. Rissa and I were in complete awe. We are taking any baby steps of kindness Cash throws are way. Thanks Cash for the effort. That's all we ask for.

Lately.........

If I EVER step foot in an ICU again, they will be checking me in also... We are DONE!!!! knock on wood, PLEASE!!!!!! I am doing great and feeling nothing but spared again.
It would be nice for Cash to live in the mountains with animals on some days
Cash being Cash... Enough said
Noah feels extremely better with each passing day. Hopefully with time he will be moving his neck and back pain free.. His lunges and ribs are healing gracefully, and that's all we could ask for.
Lincoln loves to be social...(what are we doing next mom?)I rarely can get Lincoln to stop and eat.

Patrick is in Mid life crisis mode. Yes in his 30s.. Shave your head, What ever works for those nerves. Oh, I forgot to mention how much loves MEDICAL BILLS!!!!

Can't Thank Enough, Family/Nurses

We all adore and feel so grateful for fabulous nurses. I am sure everyone can testify to that. Because we had experienced such great nurses at Phoenix children's, for Lincolns accident, I was hopeful for the same experience at Radys ICU in San Diego. Noah lucked out and indeed had some special nurses. It makes a stay in a hospital so much more comforting and bearable...

Roman, and Waite family it was so refreshing to see family during the stay. You know it made Noah so happy. Big kisses to all of you.

Andrews 30th Birthday

Bagley's always put on fabulous, creative parties... Reachel, Andrews wife wanted us to pay tribute to Andrew for his big 30Th, so I put up theses crazy, interesting, fabulous artwork that everyone participated in. They thought up these pictures in about 15 minutes. No, I didn't sketch any great canvas for Andrew, but Patrick serenaded Andrew with a couple entertaining songs. I love getting together with my cousins, they always make me laugh, and I need that. Humor is a true medicine..

MIRACLE 2... NOAH

All I can express right now is how extremely blessed we are!!!!

I know child services will probably want to visit us considering we have had both twins in intensive care within months of one another..

Noah was quad riding in El Central, California on Saturday with his Dad and Grandpa and other great friends and crashed, flying about 30 feet . He ended up with a collapsed lung, broken thorax and broken ribs . They flew a surgical team from Radys Hospital, (in San Diego) to El Central to put in a chest tube. They had to drain the blood building up in his lungs before they could transport him. They then loaded Noah in an emergency plane and all flew back to Radys Hospital where he was in Intensive care . Luckily he doesn't remember anything because he was unconscious, (Which is a great thing). Noah has been absolutely tough!! Pulling out a chest tube is pure HELL!(Julie you were so RIGHT) sorry there is no other way to describe it from a mothers point of view.
We were lucky to have a great doctor and wonderful caring nurses. And surprise visitors, Uncle Roman, Rach,Willie and Myles... And for the sweet gifts from his Aunt Candice and Rach. Paul and Kathy, you saved us with providing your home. All the kind phone calls and texts.. (Thanks you guys, your the best!)

So spring break has been fabulous! I am not a mother that is a risk taker. I 'm actually a pretty fearful mother. I have been humbled time and time again.I have witnessed to many sad situations in Intensive care. I really pray we do not end up there ever again, or anyone that we know for that matter. Mothers, lock your children up!!! No, you can't live that way, but children really test your emotions in every which way until the day we die...

Thank you again to everyone for everything and all the well wishes... I can not tell you how loved we feel...Oh! we are so lucky!!!

30+ Years of Lehi Days

This year, Noah was brave and rode the sheep... Patrick took on Security. I enjoyed the Barbecue and Chasing Cash along with my Mama and Father. Lehi Days is such a fabulous Family event. I love getting on some boots and tight jeans and pretending I am a cowgirl for a moment. My sister Rachel got her belt buckle awarded to her, only 17 years late, but what a nice buckle it is. (Rach, I think Noah thought it was his belt buckle, He was a little disappointed when I told him he didn't win that buckle, that it was Aunt Rachs from 1992 that she never received. Because when they awarded them, Rachel was in the hospital because her calf she tried to stay on, stepped on her face...) Now that is a true Cowgirl..
